A record set picks out the values that matter from each decision, like who, how much, what was decided and why. One row per decision, or one per item in it, such as each plan a comparison priced.
Click a value in any trace, like the amount or the reason, and it becomes a column. Up to 40 of them.
Choose how long, from 30 days to 25 months. A trace holds everything, so it expires sooner; the row stays.
Find one application or every decline in March, and export it as a CSV anyone can verify.
Their records appear in their portal, with only the columns you allow.

Every report and export is fingerprinted when it’s made. Anyone holding a copy can drop it on Recount’s public verify page to check it’s the exact file that was issued, unchanged, and see who issued it and when. It keeps working after a report is deleted or expires.

Genuine
This is the exact file Recount issued, unchanged.
A record set keeps the few values that matter from every decision - such as the customer, the amount, the outcome and the reason - as one searchable row. You pick the columns by clicking values in a real trace. Records outlast the traces they came from, for up to 25 months, so you can still find, filter and export any decision long after its full trace has expired. Record sets are on the Pro plan.
On the Standard and Pro plans you can generate PDF reports for any period, such as a monthly health report or an exceptions log. Pro adds record sets, which keep every decision as a searchable row for up to 25 months and can be exported as CSV, plus reports emailed on a schedule. Every report and export is fingerprinted, so anyone can check a copy is genuine.
Every report and export is fingerprinted when it’s made. Anyone can drop a copy - the PDF, or a CSV or trace file issued with it - onto Recount’s public verify page. It’s checked in their browser and never uploaded, and the page says whether it’s the exact file that was issued, unchanged, along with which team issued it and when. No account is needed, it works on any plan, and it keeps working after a report is deleted or expires.
On Standard, for 90 days or a year. On Pro, for up to 7 years or indefinitely. A report never changes once it’s made: regenerating one makes a new report and both stay listed.
